The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Major responsibilities include the specific responsibility to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is an error of law in any order, requirement, decision, and determination made by the enforcement officer in the enforcement of the zoning ordinance. In addition, the Appeal Board hears and decides appeals where there are practical difficulties or unnecessary hardships in the applicant of carrying out the strict letter of the zoning ordinance.
